Processing Time

Every Voxel Workshop piece is individually handcrafted to order. Please allow up to 2-7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment before it leaves our studio. Processing time is separate from transit/delivery time.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States and internationally. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country, these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Voxel Workshop is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing once a package has left our studio. If your tracking shows an issue or your package hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us at contact@voxelworkshop.com and we'll help track it down.
